With nearly a decade in IT solutions engineering and technical support Courtney leads a team of Solutions Engineers at Recast supporting endpoint management and end user computing solutions. Her expertise lies in empowering teams to maximize software solutions for enhanced productivity and performance. Prior to Recast Software Courtney supported IT teams at Bell Techlogix and First International Bank & Trust.

Passionate about technology, learning new things, and working with computers. Danny loves PowerShell and any automation tools he can use to streamline his work and personal projects. Danny specializes in Microsoft 365, PowerShell, Entra ID, AD, AWS, Azure, Databricks, and other cloud platforms (mainly Microsoft).

An IT Analyst at Recast Software, specializing in systems management with Microsoft technologies including Intune, Configuration Manager, and identity management in Entra. He also serves as the President of the Twin Cities Systems Management User Group, where he helps lead discussions and community learning around all facets of systems management

In his current role, Scott focuses on building and delivering solutions that empower organizations to manage complex environments efficiently.
